One might well ask Céu what he intends to achieve with such an erratic trajectory.
In all likelihood, such a question would elicit a different answer each day—if not every hour or every minute.
Céu’s comments:
PRECIOUS CANVASES:
Artisan jeweler and designer Fedra de Faria Rugiero created this concept of “precious canvases.” She provides small pieces of wood—cut into shapes of her own design—upon which an artist can create whatever they wish. She then develops and completes a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry, incorporating silver, gold, and precious or semi-precious stones.
AMIGURUMI:
The Japanese term “amigurumi” refers to stuffed dolls or animals made using crochet or knitting. These are small, three-dimensional creations—such as animals, characters, or inanimate objects (like food or plants)—crafted from yarn.
They are made using crochet hooks or knitting needles (with crochet being the most common method); the stitches are worked tightly in continuous rounds, and the piece is filled with soft polyester fiber.
This collection of amigurumis was crafted by artist Bea Alves, based on sketches I adapted from characters I created, such as the Flores Family and the MãmMãmBuges.
